We deliver instruction in basic life saving skills: CPR, the use of a defibrillator, the signs and symptoms of a heart attack, the recovery position and choking. We deliver courses throughout Herefordshire both during the day and in the evening.
We are currently looking for volunteer course Instructors or helpers. If you have some first aid / basic life support skills and can work as part of a team we would very much like to hear from you.
Training and support will be given and all equipment will be supplied on completion of the basic training.
We also need a volunteer treasurer as soon as possible.
