FLOWER CLUB DONATION TO HEARTSTART
Herefordshire Heartstart would like to thank Fownhope Flower Club for the £200 donation to support the work of the charity. The charity delivers free Heartstart how to save a life courses throughout Herefordshire. The two hour courses teach members of the public essential skills to keep someone alive until the emergency services arrive.
Loraine Coleman from the charity said “We are very grateful for this donation, as we rely on donations and small grants to keep this service running. Donations are essential to help cover the ongoing costs of running the courses, eg phone line/calls, replacing lungs, wipes, course paperwork, volunteer mileage, etc.”
