or if you are booked onto a Heartstart Course just give a cash or cheque donation for Herefordshire Heartstart (please state that is for Robert’s fundraising) to a Heartstart Instructor who will forward the money to the Treasurer for banking. You can also send a cheque made out to Herefordshire Heartstart (address below).

Money raised will help to pay for manikin lungs, wipes, course paperwork, replacement parts for manikins, projection equipment, volunteer travel expenses etc which are essential for every course we run. We rely on donations and fundraising to fund these expenses. Every penny counts and helps us to continue teaching these vital lifesaving skills to more people across Herefordshire.

Herefordshire Heartstart (registered charity no 1082309) run public courses and courses for groups, voluntary organisations, schools and businesses throughout Herefordshire.

Heartstart How to save a life courses take just 2 hours. At the course you will learn:- how to deal with a conscious casualty, an unconscious casualty and how to put someone into the recovery position; how to recognise signs and symptoms of a heart attack; how to deal with choking, serious bleeding and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
