Nicola Stock a volunteer Instructor with Herefordshire Heartstart, aims to raise funds by walking the 200 mile long Wainwright Coast to Coast Path over 12 days.
Walk Summary:
When: May 2013
Total Climb: Just short of the height of Mount Everest (29,000 feet)
Terrain: Very, Very hilly with Majestic scenery
Route: Starting on the West Coast at St Bees in Cumbria. Passing through 3 National Parks (The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moor). Before finishing on the East Coast at Robin Hood’s Bay in Yorkshire.
Fundraising Target: £1000
Funds raised will be used to pay for more courses teaching Emergency Life support Skills (ELS).
